And when it comes to Mid-Autumn Festival, nothing quite brings up the festivity of this 15th Day of the 8th Lunar Month than Mooncakes…or rather at least to most of us Singaporeans.

Made from a combination for Mulberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, Strawberries and Blackcurrants, this mini delight is probably one of the healthiest Mooncakes I’ve had.  Its pretty much choked full of Antioxidants and Vitamin C.  The Mini Snowskin Power Berries Berries Mooncake (S$55 for 8is limited to 500 boxes only.

Of the 4 new flavors, the Mini Snowskin Cream Cheese Mango Mooncake (S$50 for 8) was my favorite.  I liked how it is not overpowering in sweetness and flavor, its very enjoyable, especially with those cubes of mangoes.

If you’re like the traditional, I do highly recommend their Teochew Mooncake (Double Yolk, S$35 for 2, S$62 for 4).  I’ve had this in 2010, and I’ve had it ever since.  The buttery flaky skin, the luscious smooth yam paste filling and the savory salted egg yolk all impeccably combined into one delicious mooncake….mmmm, need I say more?
